Serving meals at the Frying Pan Cafe', our award winning American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef and her staff serve up great food with a gorgeous view of Pikes Peak.
While many folks sneer at what they call "camp food", our Executive Chef, Melody Money, has a favorite saying "It doesn't have to be 'camp food'"! And this philosophy certainly shows in the quality of food she serves to our guests. No flash frozen, pre-cooked, heat 'n' serve mystery meals here. From her opening night "Boots & BBQ" supper to the last breakfast of plate size cinammon rolls fresh out of the oven and dripping with icing, Melody's passion for cooking shows in every meal we serve.
